Dinton Folly Pink

This pink wine is the ideal drink for summer with the same great taste as the original Dinton Folly, but just a tad sweeter even though no sugar is used in its creation.

The grapes used for this pink are the same as those in Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier.  Once the grapes have been crushed the grape skins are left for a few hours to macerate with the juices.  The juices take on the colour from the skins along with some of the flavours resulting in a pinkish wine with tannins and other subtle flavours such as rose petals and dried flowers.

First produced in 2021, this pink wine is produced by a locally run family business and has won several awards, including Gold award at the Thames & Chilton wine awards.
