Dinton Folly White

This is our original wine.  The grapes, which were planted in 2013 and first harvested in 2016,  produce a dry, elegant and complex taste.  The harvest yield of these grapes has been going from strength to strength, with 2 tonnes being produced in the first year followed by 6 tonnes in the next.

As with all white wines, this is made by fermenting only the grape juice; all skins and seeds are separated immediately after crushing.  The grapes are the same as those used for Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier.

This white wine is another award winner having won Gold in 2018 and 2021 at the Thames & Chiltern wine awards.
